Our trouts are vacuum-packed, they keep cool for 5 days.
 
We currently have several sizes: small "portions", i.e. for one person, and larger ones to share. Please let us know the number of people to serve or in any case specify your needs!
For large trout over a kilo, it is best to order the week before.
